Nope! :D

Your swing looks very sound. To me it looks more like a baseball swing though. You seem very compact and quick with your hands, which is probably perfect for tourney ball. I think you could probably add a bit more power by loading up a bit and using your legs more.

Nothing technically wrong. Good compact and to the point swing from the ground up.....keep swinging it. Maybe try to free your hands up a bit by starting them out and away from your body in the ready position. Kind of like Sammy Sosa does. They'll go back to where they started when you swing but it will give you a different feel of whip action that I think may be able to help you a little. All in all you have a very technically sound swing. But you can never be perfect, I always try to get better and tweak my swing. How about Tiger Woods reworking his swing after he won the masters a few years ago. You can never be too good to try different things.

Since that vid, I've actually relaxed my arms and hands a lot more in a bit higher position closer to the ready. I saw the tension in my forearms and that, to me is not good. I like to go from relaxed to twitch to attack. The only reason I started as low was because of a hitch I developed after going from Modified to Slow Pitch, while waiting for the ball I would hitch a lot taking some time out of my swing. But as I have gotten more and more in tune with Slow Pitch, my hands have gotten higher as I am trusting my swing a lot more.
