there are 50 threads in here regarding 50 different topics. read and watch the videos and see what applies to you. if you have any specific questions im sure the fellas can help you out.

Tons of tips out there but I would say the one tip that can be beneficial for most is proper hip rotation. You have to put your hips into it to get power on your swing. I have seen huge muscled up guys that cant hit for crap simply because they swing all arms.

whats the best way to get my hips envoloved and before anyone says he look at this vivd on you tube i have seen it, just looking for more insight guys i am always trying to better my self
