License issue

When I sign in for a video it say my license was saved but the play button remains grayed out. I get the following error message; "Sorry you can not accquire license for that content" Error message: ERRFETCHSID. What do I need to do? Thanks

Never seen this one before...let me do some research on this one

The problem could be in ActiveX disabled on the PC. When it is disabled license will be stored successfully, but play button wont be enabled. Please see instructions below to enable ActiveX:

1. Click on Tools menu
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click on the "Security" tab
4. Click on the "Custom Level..." button
5. Optimally you want to set the first five options under "ActiveX controls as follows (the three marked for "Enable or Prompt" must be set to one of those):
- Download signed ActiveX: Enable
- Download unsigned ActiveX: Disable
- Initialize and Script AxtiveX controls not marked as safe: Disable
- Run ActiveX controls and plug-ins: Enable
- Script ActiveX controls marked safe for scripting: Enable
6. Scroll down until you see the section labeled "Scripting" - set all 3 options under that section (Active Scripting, Allow paste operations via script, and Scripting of Java applets) to either "Enable"
7.Click the "OK" button twice to save settings and close the Internet Options dialog box.

Did all that but now my account is locked.
